Google Maps is the most widely used application for finding places and directions from a smartphone or other device. Businesses that are properly listed with Google reap the benefits of having potential customers directed to their door at the time when they are ready to buy. This workshop will show attendees how to claim their Google Business Page and learn how to use it establish a potential customer’s first impression. You’ll learn how to take charge of where your business appears on the map, create a link to the business’ website, post business hours, telephone numbers and react to reviews.

Free for WDBA members, $10 all others.
You must pre-register. Space is limited.
Event will be held in the community room at the Webster Police Dept.

Darek is the owner of Green Tree Insurance in Webster, Massachusetts. He also runs a business coaching and consulting company named Business Runway. Before starting his own companies, he spent 12 years in the financial sector working for Fortune 500 domestic and international companies.

Darek works with individuals and business owners who are motivated to achieve their financial goals. Darek is a Quickbooks Online ProAdvisor, and is a certified SCORE mentor in Worcester, MA.

Ernie Racine
Ernie is a Certified SCORE Mentor and Chair of the Worcester Chapter of SCORE. He has had leadership positions in large and small companies in the high tech sector specializing in product development, technical support center operations, and service improvement programs.
